Parks & Recreation
The Historical Society restored the cemetery and erected a cairn to honour the Black families who had settled Keystone.Recreation is an important part of a healthy lifestyle, and there is always something active to do in Breton.

There's a fitness centre at the high school, and outdoor skating rink in the winter, and tennis courts located north of the Breton Golf Course Pro Shop. Ball Diamonds are located at Maple Ridge Park. Horseshoe pits and another set of ball diamonds are behind the Breton Community Hall. Floor curling is a popular attraction here, too. The Breton Curling Rink has three sheets and a licensed lounge. We have two 9-hole golf courses (one with a driving range), and a community centre.

Besides an abundance of playground facilities and a walking path system, Breton also has a nice Skateboard Park.

Breton has lots of activities to enjoy, including music, fine arts, handicrafts, dance, and is home to many cultural and service organizations.

Please visit the Breton Community Directory for a list of sport organizations, service clubs, and youth groups.

Breton Golf Course
The Breton Golf Course at Deer Crossing is a family oriented course that was established in 1964 by the residents of the Village of Breton. With grass greens, the course is a Par 37 9-hole with a yardage of 3,155 in a mature treed setting.

Please visit the website for membership information, course fees, and golf lessons.

The CentraPlex (clubhouse) includes a pro-shop and licensed restaurant, The Krafty Kitchen. Enjoy outside dining on our covered patio overlooking the 1st tee deck and practice putting green.

The Elks Club operates the serviced Breton Golf Course RV Park, and there's a tennis court too! A paved outdoor skating rink is located nearby with easy access to the golf course. Stay for a night, the weekend, or the summer. You will be joining others who love our golf course and return annually to Breton for golf, fun and relaxation.

With a relaxed atmosphere, low rates and a scenic mature 9 hole golf course, we are a perfect choice for your holiday tour.
