NEW! CELEBRATE BLACK HISTORY MONTH IN BRETON
The Breton Museum will be celebrating Black History Month on Sunday, February 28th. This year the Museum is pleased to present Junetta Jamerson and the Black Pioneer Heritage Singers, and Edmonton-based seven piece gospel group.

Junetta Jamerson is a fifth generation descendant of a Black American family that settled in Wildwood, Alberta. Born into a very musical family, Junetta has responded to the calling to preserve the style of vocals and musicianship her people brought with them to Alberta nearly 100 years ago.

The concert is at 2 pm at the Breton Faith Covenant Church. Tickets are $5/person and are available at the door (max $20/family). Please bring a donation of non-perishable food items for the local food bank. The Breton Museum will also be open for viewing after the concert from 3:30 - 5:30 pm.
